Does anyone know for the stand on, what happens when you have PTO engaged and stop, then step off the mower to pick something up… does it disengage the PTO or shut the whole unit off?

Has anyone heard of a dealer charging freight to order a mower they don’t have in stock? My grasshopper dealer mentioned that freight is around 500 to ship to him but he was going to wave it. I’m asking because he has said some other things to make the deal look good that he was giving me...

I've used awesome, I read that it was good to clean gutter stains, it worked pretty good until I noticed it was melting the paint off my gutters.

Update - On further inspection it was the belt that slipped off one of the pulleys. It slipped up so it was around the spindle that holds the pulley. Thanks all for the help.
