My 10 year old Honda 2417 suddenly just started 'surging' when on load. At idle it runs smoothly, with throttle up and driving, the revs come on and then fall back on a sort of 2 sec cycle. Air filter is clean,.......what could it be ?Has anyone encountered this ? John G
