Anyone have any instructions on leveling a dixie chopper silver eagle deck. Thanks

What should the belt tension be on the engine to deck belt on a silver eagle? Also what should the tension be on the deck belt. I do not want to over tighten. Belts are in good shape but seem a little too floppy.
