Hi all. I'm trying to replace my stator and voltage regulator. Does it matter which way the wires go on the regulator from the stator, and then from the regulator to the wiring harness? The stator is not labeled , only the regulator is labeled, AC, B+, and AC. Thanks

Hi. I've got no spark on my mower. I've tested the coil - I think I did it right. I got a test light, put one side on positive battery, the other side on the spark plug wire, and it did not light. Does this mean the coil is bad? Basically the spark plug wire is not grounded?

Hi All, I have an older craftsman riding mower, 42 inch cut. I have replaced the blades with mulching blades and installed a cover over the chute. The manual states that the plastic chute should never be removed. Is there a reason for this? I have a smaller yard and it just gets in the way.
