My Ariens 1028 Rider will Click Once, hesitate, then start turning over & finally Start. This happens when Mower Sat for a week. Starts ok when shut off while Mowing. What is a Starter Assist Relay ?

Noticed Black Soot on Ariens 924-124 Snowblower. I think I used 5-30 weight oil. Thought I had gas leak, but soot smelled like oil. I noticed breather tube after I took Carb cover off. Any ideas ? Manual says OH318SA 9hp Tecumseh. Machine is running Good.

Clutch has Allen Type Bolt . I broke a wrench trying to loosen it. I notice people use Impact wrench to loosen. I had a pipe on end of wrench for leverage. Any tips on how to loosen bolt. I want to look at number on old unit, before I buy new one for Big Bucks. Also ,I can't identify Bolt...
