My Dixie Chopper will not start I have replaced the pto switch the hour meter only lites up on the bottom right the battery light does not come on and I get a good reading at the switch terminals I do not get a reading on the blue wire .

Mower will not start I have replaced the pto switch and it will work the clutch I have checked the blue wire going to the solenoid and get no voltage there. I get good voltages to the ignition switch and to the relays .
