    just a guess, but having mice making a home in it for a while, it sounds like they may have partially chewed threw a wire somewhere in the harness. most of runs under the hood up closer to the dash. That is where I would start.

    Toro for sure, as I work on them for a living. But I would look for one with a kawasaki or kohler engine. Try to stay away from the "toro" engine

    walker 23 hp power to the switch and all the safety switches, relays, and the time delay module are good, but not getting power to the solenoid from the switch. any suggestions?
