Troybilt Superbronco 46 inch deck with 20 HP Kohler Courage - massive oil leak

thanks for all the help. I looked a bit closer at the top plate, and sure enough, all the front bolt holes are ovaled. Some have actual impact fractures in the metal around the hole! That must be one hell of a vibration to cause something like that. No wonder those things are walking lose...

Troybilt Superbronco 46 inch deck with 20 HP Kohler Courage - massive oil leak

Thank you all for your help on this. I JB welded the crack, and did a test run, and it seems to hold pretty well. I also coated the inside of the block with Utra Black RTV. I don't know if that will help but it seems fine and holding strong. The engine has a soft tick now, so I wonder if...

Troybilt Superbronco 46 inch deck with 20 HP Kohler Courage - massive oil leak

hello all, I have a massive oil leak that came up out of nowhere over the last two mowings. After the first, I found that all the crankcase bolts around the front of the engine were lose. Not lose, like backed out a millimeter or two and finger lose. I tightened them down, but, the leak is...

    ClinkLink and TrimmerPlus attachments

Does anybody know if these two attachment setups use the same attachments? They look extremely similar, but I can't find enough information about them to really see.

2009 Super Bronco (13AX60KH011) won't engage the transmission fully

Hello all, Firstly, I really appreciate all the help. As I was finishing up my lawn yesterday (thankfully), the tractor started doing something very odd. The 'throttle' peddle that engages the drive belt just sank to the floor. I let it up, and pushed it back down again, and the thing...

2009 Super Bronco (13AX60KH011) deck springs and brakes

Also... to add.. here is the image from the manual : It shows that little pulley, and shows the red spring attaching to the pivot point of the brake and going UNDER the lower deck belt. It doesn't fit there. I couldn't figure out how that works. It doesn't show the yellow spring at all.

2009 Super Bronco (13AX60KH011) deck springs and brakes

thank you all for your help! I was able to resolve the fuel leak. The float bowl was very dirty, and I assume that it had sediment in the float needle that prevented it from closing cleanly. The solenoid under there was also stuck from the sediment. There's sediment in the filter, so I...

2009 Super Bronco (13AX60KH011) deck springs and brakes

Hello all, I have a new-to-me 2009 Super Bronco with a 46 inch deck that is a bit touchy with the PTO and the blade engagement and disengagement. It is engaged, permanently right now, and when I release the handle, the blades continue to spin. I had issues in the opposite with them not...
