Hi . My machine was working OK then stopped abruptly and now wont move forward or reverse . Its as if no power is driving the wheels . Any ideas?

I bought a new simplicity last year and it's been nothing but trouble. Belts keep burning out. Doesn't pick up grass. Engine problems. Anyone else experience the same??
