    Still 200 pressure test pass yet issue remains

    New carb New oil seals n crank bearings New impulse line Slight surging... Idled high til I turned down LA and L... Still seams running rich I can't figure it out... Any ideas? Thanks All parts oem .. carb brand new Also did pressure test and it holds vac and pressure
