    Starts every time but never easy!

    Repairs PERSONAL PACE DRIVE WHEELS RESIST (DRAG) WHEN PULLING BACKWARD

    Bought a 20383 TORO Super Recycler in the Fall of 2014. I often get resistance from the rear-drive wheels when I am pulling the machine backwards. Then, it sometimes feels slow to "drive forward" once the Personal Pace handle is re-engaged.
