Hi guys- I have an old Troybilt Junior Rototiller that dates back probably to the 1980's. It is equipped with a Tecumseh 3.5 horse motor that used to be bulletproof, but now I cannot seem to get this thing to rev up. It idles fine but as soon as I give it gas it sputters and dies. I have tried...
