valve covers did tend to leak, along with dipstick tube o-rings and with age the oil pan end crank seal as there is no true crank bearing. They ride on a machined taper in the cast aluminum oil pan and it can wear. message me your email, I can help you out with the PDF

the 110 was built in three versions through it's long life, the oldest was the serial numbers under 100,000 the middle was 100,001 through 250,000, and the last built were 250,001 and up. kit 251 is for serial numbers under 40,000 doesn't come with a oil filter kit 253 is for 40,001 through 100,000 and contains a oil filter since it was not purchased new, nothing is to say that the engine hasn't been replaced and it doesn't have a filter

I'd check for fuel cap venting issues and trash in bottom of fuel tanks, both tanks have strainers at the ends of fuel line in tank, need to check them
