Toro 20334 recycler mower will stop as if it is running out of gas, even tho tank is full. It will then start again and this cycle will repeat after a few minutes running. Sometimes can keep mower running by tipping back handle. So seems to be a fuel problem -- is this a carburetor issue...

About two weeks ago, suddenly my mower (Toro model 20334 -- 3100...) became much louder. Is there a muffler replacement that can be done? It is also running faster as soon as this happened so perhaps something else. Right now -- even with earmuffs, hard to stand the noise.

Will start then stop after a few seconds -- will not keep running. Ideas as to what is wrong? Thanks.
