Oil Overfilled on Tecumseh 4 hp Lawnmower?
Just bought a used lawnmower. It has a Tecumseh TVS 115V 56039B 4 hp engine. Not sure what year. No dipstick. Oil fill hole is up to the brim with oil. Is this an overfill situation? What should proper fill level be? Any help appreciated. Also is there anywhere to download a free... -

Toro Starts Only with Starting Fluid
I have a 2004 Toro Personal Pace mower with 6.5 HP Tecumseh engine. Engine will not prime. Replaced primer bulb and bowl gasket (because it was leaking). Pump like crazy. Still no prime, plug is dry. Shoot some starter fluid in air intake - starts and keeps running. Any suggestions? Thanks- Philn
