Good day pros. My Honda riding mower makes a click noise when I turn the key but starter doesn't start. I hear the relay click and there is 12.6V at the starter trigger (selenoid) terminal and also 12.6 V at it's main voltage terminal. How can I test if the trigger is defective? Thanks
