Good Day, I have a 87 21" hi vac that I had to rewind the rope and rewind the recoil spring after the rope came off the pulley. I did this and replaced the air filter and blade. Now it won't run. I pull the rope to start and it tries to run at very low rpm and quits. What did I do?

Hi Folks, I have a 2004 Lawn Boy Gold Series model 10655. When I push the personal pace handle ahead it won't go. But when I lift the rear wheels off of the ground and push the handle the wheels turn. I don't have any diagrams in my owners manuals or troubleshooting suggestions and I want to...
