i recently was given this tractor for free runs awasome snowblwer was on it just needed a belt put it on blower is a beast but the belt seems to rub on the steering rod that connects to each tire.the belt runs right under it.what can i do or will this be ok?thanks

i was give a older landlord 3410 wit a blower it attaches to frontbut bracket doesnt put pulley in right place in center of tractor.could i put a double pulley there run pto to that then a belt to blower? or could i cut back of red bracket attached to blower in pic and run belt from pto in back...
