Progression of Lawnboy engine designation letters

I just was looking through a Duraforce manual and noticed that it is referred to as an "E" engine. So, there are C's, D's, E's and F's. Why does it seem to me that, in the real world of model years, F's came before the Duraforce E's?

    D-600 ignition modules

What are you guys doing to replace bad D-600 ignition modules? I can't seem to find any alternative replacements. Plenty of F engine and D points/condenser stuff; but no D-600 modules??? While I'm on the subject, it seems like pistons and Jugs for Ds aren't out there anymore, either?

My model doesn't show up on the Lawnboy home page?

Can non-self propelled wheels mount in the back?

I have a 8125P. This is the aluminum deck, four square, rear bagger, "school bus" model. It has self propelled rear wheels, a feature that I never use. This is a good, clean, powerful machine but is a bear to push around, because, even disengaged, the self propelled rear wheels drag like crazy...

    What's the WORST Lawn Boy?

So, dummy that I am, I drove nearly 200 miles round trip to pick up three Lawn Boys for $60 total. Good price; I could part 'em out and be ahead of the game. Problem is, two of them are school bus, rear discharge 20 inchers.....with no bags! One of these 20s (Model 8157) has not only self...
