Just got a free 33-inch combo mower. Pull start cord is broke and seems like it's compression locked. I was able to break it free. I used the string to try and pull the fly wheel, but couldn't get the mower to turn over at all. I'm not sure if the spark plug is good or bad. Any ideas on trouble...
