    Simplicity Regent Hydro rider 14 hp. Turns over, starts, but only if key is held

    Just put a new solenoid on. Started right up. Went to cut the grass, and the PTO would not engage. Tested the PTO using a separate 12 volt battery. It worked fine. The wiring to the PTO looked fine and was connected. Bought a new PTO on/off switch. Hooked it up. Then tried to start it...
