I got it fixed! It was not practical to get the bottom seal out. I removed the pump, then the seal. The bottom bearing was missing about half of the roller cage. I took apart the pump, replaced the bearing and seal. Used a magnet to clean the reservoir and changed the filter. After three hours...

How does the factory suggest removing the pulley? It seems the 1/4 inch bolts are not enough push. What torque do I tighten the bolts when I go to put it back on? I maybe will try drilling and tapping some 5/16 or 3/8 holes. Or get out my MAPP gas and heat the pulley? Any ideas are very...
