Any suggestions for currently made equivalent push mower ?

140 cc Briggs and Straton Engine bogs down easily, rear rubber flap protecting user from items thrown back immediately falls off during use. Overall a waste of close to $500. Anyone have a different opinion of this high rear wheel push mower ?

This push mower design throws a lot of cut grass and dust up on mower deck. It accumulates on deck and eventually gets pulled into air cleaner. Required air cleaner filter clean out and replacement frequency was way too high. Result dust thru carburetor and engine wear and oil blow by. Fixed...
