B&S . DOM:2010 Victor mower Revs hard. Used to have a cut out position on the throttle and a run/ full position. Relied on govenor ( which IMPO, wasnt great. Surged a lot). Now I crack the throttle and it revs very high. Wondering if this is a fix a home mechanic can do with out an engine rebuild?
