I bought a rider YTH24V54, and never noticed the rear axle on the left side was bent. Its not the wheel, I have it jacked up. How difficult is it to replace the axle on these things? Im mechanically inclined, but this is a new to me machine and I dont want to mess it up. Is it a home fixable...

They said that the voltage regulator went bad, and the battery was drained beyond recovery.

Thank you. The PTO switch tested good. The mower is still under warranty, so he didn’t want me to dig too far into things. The dealership picked it up yesterday.

It shut off while he was using it, and now it doesn’t turn over. Gas/oil/battery and all safety switches are good. I had to pull it up to his driveway with my quad. It’s still under warranty, so he will probably take it in.

It tested 12.XX volts. This was going into the starter solenoid. Mind you the motor was running just before it shut off. Wouldn't the generator/alternator provide the motor with enough power to keep it going? I could see it not starting after it was shut off, but to stop the motor while it...

I forgot to add, With the PTO off, the starter solenoid buzzes, with the PTO on it seems to engage the starter but the motor doesn't turn over.
