    Moving a Zero turn

There’s nothing to zip tie it to. Bracket has since been replaced and it’s harder to pull back now than before.

    Moving a Zero turn

Nice. This thing has never had anything past morning dew on it. The reason I can’t pull the bar back far enough is because the geometry of the frame is off. It started out as a cracked rear bracket that bolts up the hydro gear axle. When I replaced all the brackets, the bracket that broke is...

    Moving a Zero turn

I like where you’re going with that and it’s what I’m trying to do. However, the tow link is a piece of flat steel. Here’s a picture of it.

    Moving a Zero turn

Yes. These have two bars that go to two levered. One on each side. I can’t get the LH side to go into bypass. I’ve turned the bar into an oval shape pulling it straight back to get one of the notches to lock on the frame.

    Moving a Zero turn

Good evening, does anyone know of a way to move a zero turn mower that doesn’t have a bypass feature that works? I’d like to drag it on my trailer but the hydros are engaged. Thanks!

    Raptor SD bypass issue

Good afternoon, I’ve got a Hustler Raptor SD that is extremely difficult to go into bypass on the left hand side. This is also the side that I had a cracked rear mounting bracket on. The same bracket that has the bypass lever running through it. After replacing the brackets, I noticed that...

Pulling a Raptor SD Zero Turn

I did tow my Hustler with ZT2800 axles yesterday and I’m 95% sure I had the bypass engaged. The RH axle was hard to pull back to the second notch on the bypass bar. Do you know what symptoms if any I would be able to observe with the machine running? I pushed it by hand for about ten yards...

Pulling a Raptor SD Zero Turn

I’ve got the parts manual and there’s a kit that replaces the brackets I’ve broken. I ordered it and the drive belt from themowershop.com.

Pulling a Raptor SD Zero Turn

Good afternoon, 1st question: I have a Raptor SD that I needed to get back to the house. I put the Hydro Gear axles in bypass and pulled it with my truck about 300 yards not exceeding 5 mph. Would this cause any damage to my axles? 2nd question: my drive belt has broken because of a broken...

    Raptor SD oil retention kit

I got the kit installed. I was reassured this was a suitable repair by hydro gear. If this doesn’t work does anyone know about how much it costs to replace the three orings on the brake shaft? I understand the unit has got to be broken down almost all the way. I’m just looking for an estimate.

    Raptor SD oil retention kit

You’d think so. However, there’s very little to know information in the manual in regards to even changing a tire. I’ll place the jack on the axle some kinda way.
