Thanks for the input. I discovered the problem and an easy fix. It was a bad thermo wax assy.

I thought dirt or a piece of grass got into the tank . I cleaned the tank, fuel lines and cleaned the carb (including jets). Fuel runs freely to the carb but still would not start. I then replaced the carb, yet problem exists. It only starts when spraying starter into the carb. I was...
