My Hustler Raptor has a slow leak. The fluid on the garage floor is after 2 weeks of being in the same spot. It is a slow leak. What can I do to fix this?

My zero turn Raptor Hustler surges and revs up and down after started. Sometimes I am able to manually grab the choke and stop it from stalling. I even tried taping the choke in the open position. It last a little bit longer before revving and then stalling. Any advice?

It is a Kholer KT735 (24 HP) Here is a more zoomed out image of the setup. There is also some component on the back that does not appear to be connected to anything. This may be something extra that was added by the last owner. I will see if I can find the wiring diagrams. Thank You,
