    Spark plug gap

    Does anybody else tap their spark plug to decrease the gap while you’re checking it. I do that and I don’t know where I learned how to do it or if I made it up. I very lightly tap it on my work bench.

    Hydraulic oil foaming after new filter and replacement of fluid.

    I’ve just changed my hydraulic fluid, (which in a hustler is oil and I used the oil my dealer told me to for my mower) and I also changed the filter. I have done this many times before and never really noticed any foaming . Maybe I did not follow the procedure exactly. ( ie messed up a step)...

    Just wondering

    Can I safely engage my PTO on my hustler super Z with the blades off? I have occasion to want to do this. Will it harm any component?
