I am trying to change the mower belt on my 5023. I vaguely recall there being some magic bolt or spring that would release the tension on the pulley going from engine to mower deck so it could be easily removed. Am I dreaming?

looking for various parts and can't find a place online with a phone number! I have questions and can't find a parts person with a number to call! Any recommendations?
