Govenor issue..
Hey everyone, need help.. Long story short, have a exmark w kohler ch25. Replaced all gaskets, seals, rebuilt carb. All back together and running. But have a govenor issue. It's just racing now at idle. Could I have done something inadvertently while crank cover was off replacing the gasket...- RJ1
