    17 hp Briggs and Stratton Intek governor and oil blow by issue

    I have a 17 hp Briggs & Stratton Intel ohv riding lawn mower engine. Model 31F707. The governor has stopped working. It stays on a high rev and oil fills the carborater via the crank case breather tube. Does anyone know what is causing these problems?
