I am afraid that Sears does in fact lie all the time. I have recently been lied to about a part delivery date flat out by the 800# phone staff... sure..it will be there in 5 days...and then got an email saying 10 days estimated but not guaranteed...I am afraid their word HAS NO HONOR AT ALL! WHy...
