    Sears Yard Vac/Chipper?

    I have a Sears Yard Vac/Chipper and the lasty time I used it doing some vaccuming something broke and it does not suck up clippings any more. There is a spring operated lever/latch that seems to be open or closed and does not help control vaccuming operation? Any clues to my problem?
