I'm getting 22-23 volts out of the stator at idle. Coming out of the rectifier/regulator I only get less than 3 volts dc at idle and only 9 volts dc wide open. This is a brand new regulator, also my two old regulators do the same thing. Connections are all good. WHAT AM I MISSING? IT'S DRIVING...
