Trying to figure this out. Spin steer won’t turn. The vacuum line which screws in seems tight but I have a small Vacuum line on carb that’s not hooked up and I can’t seem to find where it goes. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

Looking for some help I have a old SST spin steer. Wouldn’t start today I swapped starter and solenoid finally got it to start. Now it dies when I let out clutch/ brake what ever it’s called. It will start right up unless blades are engaged.doesn’t matter if I’m in seat or not. Where to start ...
