    Hustler Raptor 933622 flip up won't lock in down position

    flipped up the deck, sharpened blades, lowered deck but locking handle doesn't move forward enough to engage switch, and mower won't start. Anyone have experience with this issue? 5-years old with no issues, Thanks, Bob
