I know this is an old thread but I used the ramps you pictured and then went to lowes and bought a 4x8 piece of plywood. Lowes will cut one time for free. I measured it and lowes cut it to 4x6 and I screwed it to the ramps. Works great.

21121-2086 has the spark plug wire coming out the left side 21121-2069 has the spark plug wire coming out the right side. That should make it easy to pick the right one.

Right in the center of the rocker is a bolt and in the center of that is a hex head. Hex head it the locking part.

Wow yesterday I could not find squat for your mower and today I can find everything. make sure part#2 moves freely. You will have to move belt off pulley part#10. Make sure part#6 is there and connected on both ends.
