Walking gives ya excersize. Riding only does when you clean it off after, & under side scrape.

Might try & run some Seafoam in the gas, & run it thru thoroughly.

I just hit the bolts with my impact gun. Never have to try & hold. 1 second per blade to remove.

I hear ya man. I don't run mine till spring. Everyone has their way. I put the battery minder on mine every Saturday for a couple days.

Cool Ray. I made 4 wheel dollys, so I can put mine up 5" off the ground & level, so I can pull it out from parking spot at wall easily, move it where needed to do the winter service & prep stuff.. I do use my 3 ton floor jack to lift mine to put the dollys under. Stays up all winter...

Cool, We used to have 93 100% ethanol Free gas. MY edger & blower love the hi-test.. Now we only seem to have 87 octane 100% free ethanol. And I test the gas ever 6 months or so.

Have ya tried Milorganite to fertilize, & Tall Fescue ?

Hydro-Gear Oil filters, or equal (as stated) as they are Full flow.

Might wanna load test the new battery as well.. Rule out every possibility..

When was last time you removed the engine blower housing & cleaned the engine, fins & all ? Same for your trans / hydro or what ever you got.. Dirt blanket really retains the heat. Makes it hard on it.

Sorry that was very long ago... I can't recall.

And FYI, with all tires properly inflated, set the cut height @ (say for example 3 inches). Then go under & measure blade tips to the level ground parked on, & most won't be accurately set to say 3 inches cut height.. Close but not precise. But mine are, I adjusted them to be correct.
