ok so I re routed throttle cable and checked fuel flow. I am not getting full 1/4 flow from tank at fuel switch but I am getting 1/4 inch flow at carburetor so I will go out and clean tank and filter now.

Hi all rayyar here, I am a new member and need some help with a Honda harmony hrb 215 I just picked up. the govener holds the throttle wide open all the time and no amount of adjusting the linkeges solves this problem. the only way the engine will run is if I hold the throttle closed manually...
