    Very possible that the spark plug that is white in color has a intake seal or gasket starting to fail. Try spraying something like 2+2 carefully around the intake manifold at cylinder head, If engine rpm changes replace gaskets or seals. Just something to consider.

    Great that you got it to move, never seen a new motor locked up, maybe 1st owner tried to start it without putting oil in motor because motor does not come with oil in it from factory but will be in box.

    Using the wrong size torque socket and maybe have damaged them. Pretty sure they are somewhere like a T20, T25, T27, T30, T35, Tap on socket lightly with hammer, maybe dirt packed in the top of screws, blow dirt out.

    Check wires at points and condenser to make sure they are not grounding out when cover is put back on after adjusting point gap at full open position at the point plunger. 15-17 thousand should be a good gap. Make sure wires are at correct spot at plastic bushing on point assy.

    You should check the 2 small push pins behind the arm that is actuating the outside brake pad. Inner pad does not move when pedal is pushed down. These pins rust in the caliper and can't push pad against the rotor.
