    Snapper walk behind Drive wheel problem

    I have a Snapper walk behind 22"?that ran fine until I changed the belts. Now the drive wheels will not engage. Belts and drive cable are tight. The problem seems to be the gear box but I'm not sure. I do get a slight pull but very little. Any suggestions on the problem and fix?
