Hi I have a 16Hp Vanguard which hunts both at idle and high speed. It was sitting with fuel in it for a year or so. I’ve cleaned out the carb as best I can several times but still have the problem. When I adjust the needle which I assume Is for idle mixture, it makes no effect whatsoever...
