Well Mowing season is just about done here

Yeah, originally I was looking for a Ranger too, but I needed something just a little bit stronger, while being a relatively small truck. That's how I found my 92 F150 reg cab short bed. It was actually cheaper than some of the Rangers out here for sale. Plus I wanted a V8 too 😏. I bought it for...

@slomo yeah, what did they think was going to happen when they let all these immigrants in 🙄 Lucky for us, these immigrants are too stupid to know what a "kill switch" is lol. I'm near Portland, Oregon so not sure if this totally applies to me.

Husqvarna vs Cub Cadet vs John Deere

Dude, get the Husqvarna. You won't regret it. I've had the husky GT 48 xlsi since 2016, what a beast! It is Almost identical to the Ts 348x d. The fab deck cuts beautiful and will NEVE R rust through! The k 66 is strong as hell and fully serviceable. Get the Husqvarna, it will be the best...

Well Mowing season is just about done here

Our grass had been cooked by the sun, and then decided to go dormant. 🤦🏼‍♂️ We don't have a sprinkler system set up to water the lawn because we run on well water. Nothing worse than having no grass to mow😐. When there were all the wildfires in the west here in 2021 or 2022 (?) the lawn was a...

    Echo SRM-225 seems tired.

You could remove the head for further inspection but I would venture to guess that a fuel line or filter is plugged, carb is still dirty, or valves out of spec.

    The future of snapper

Man, imagine 4 more years of this. 😐 Bring these companies back to America. We would get better quality and more jobs. The Us should never be dependent on another nation. If prices get higher than they are right now, we're done for. Remember, the government was created FOR THE PEOPLE, By the...

    Broke my mower, dang!

@GearHead36 Exactlyyy. Well said. That's my only problem with Electric equipment. Luckily Oregon doesn't force us to buy electric... Yet. I personally have several cordless drills, impacts, etc. And they get the job done great. I haven't tried a cordless blower or mower yet but I don't have high...

    Need a bagger for a DGT6000 or DYT4000

I have a two bin bagger for your DYT 4000. Near perfect condition. This bagger would work on both tractors but you might need a lower chute for your 48". The opening is a little bit bigger on the 48 AFAIK. Upload some pics of the deck discharge area and a photo of the rear of each tractor. Where...

    Automatic Compression Release

I have only seen ACRs on Vtwins newer than 2018 I think. I know for a fact that yours does NOT have it. These Briggs Vtwins always have high compression. I say replace starter and battery and clean the Battery cable ends and the starter mounting surface with a wire brush.

No, you cannot adjust the mixture on most carburetors due to emissions regulations. They are set from the factory. I suggest taking the old carb apart and thoroughly cleaning it.
