What should I set the tracking adjustment too when I do this.

I just bought a vantage with 1021 hours used, When the speed lever is half way up the mower will pull to the left. But when the lever is all the way up it pulls to the right. Also when the speed lever is set to the neutral position the mower will creep backwards. Any help is greatly appreciated...
