    Thank you Bullet Bob! The PTO spinning has been resolved. I've tested the seat switch and jumpered it, it seems good, and it still dies when either the brake is released or the PTO pulled up? I know it has to be in the safety circuit somewhere, but can't find out where. It acts like it...

    Starts but Dies?

    I have a Gravely ZT42XL that starts, but dies when the brake is released or the PTO is engaged. The PTO does NOT engage, just spins until the wires are ripped out? This started when my better half ran over a sprinkler head and pulled the wires to the PTO out.

    I have a Gravely ZT42XL that starts but dies when the brake is released or the PTO is engaged. I've checked the safety switches but cannot find the problems. Any suggestions. The seat switch and relays have been replaced and the PTO does not engage, just spins until the wires are pulled out?
