Can anyone PLEASE help with information as to why the drive belt is rubbing against what seems like a vent for the transmission on a Hustler fastrack 42 mini z model 927350....Put a new drive belt and its still rubbing....Also how much oil is needed in each transmission....Thanks

Hello...I recently purchased a used Hustler fastrack mini z 42' cut...There are two vent lines on top of both transmissions but the vent line on the right side transmission is being rubbed against by the the drive belt causing wear....I noticed this after changing the drive belt when I purched...
