After getting the starter cord ripped out of my hand by equipment with NGK plugs, I have decided NGK stands for No Good Kind. By the way replaced the NGK with any other plug and unit ran perfectly.

Be sure the bowl vent for the carburetor is not blocked or restricted. Sometimes the air cleaner gasket or even the air cleaner plate restrict or block the bowl vent and allow the carburetor to flood.

Tip the mower on it's side and check to see if the blade shaft is bent. If the blade turns this will be easy to see as you watch the center of the blade or compare where the each end of blade passed a spot on the housing. If good review the manual for a fuse or circuit breaker.
