I have swapped lots of nozzles from pump sprayers to small electric units. Often you can even swap hoses and wands or adapt them. Northern tool has some nozzels that are high flow and spray 12 ft wide. Southern States, farm supply, and pressure washer repair places may have choices too.

Until you find your numbers its a crap shoot, however Mtd says the carb is a Model: 25A-E30-791. So maybe, but you can see the pic. This is more random, and is a long shot, but a google search suggests a TB146ec on amazon, or an Mtd 751-16046-4. Might be wrong, but at least it's a start.

Disassemble the old carb. Clean every opening with spray carb cleaner. It should work

Give a quick shot of starting fluid into the air intake. If it won't at least fire one time you have narrowed it down to plug, ignition, or carb. If it fires, you have narrowed it down to the carb.

90% chance the choke is not fully closing. See if you can adjust the cable. A slightly open choke in warm or cold weather can cause this problem.

Ran perfectly last time used and no adjustments made since. With choke on, engine runs full speed on pressure washer, and no smoke. What's up on this one?
