Hello 1st post.
My 2026 Toro 60" Turn Mower makes a loud noise under the deck when I turn the PTO on to cut grass
and vibrates a lot the more throttle I use.
This started from day one when i got the mower. Has anyone else seen this. Any thoughts on
how to fix this.

Check and see if the blades are tight.
Inspect the spindles. The engine must be off. Turn the blades by hand. Do they spin without noise. Is there any up and down or side to side play.
Inspect pulleys. Do they spin without noise or play?
Inspect belt. Is there any rubber missing or defects?
Check spring tension on your idler. Refer to operators manual for adjustment.
If it's under warranty, take it to the specified service center.

I am not a Fan of the Idler pully, they use. I will repost after I get it fixed

I’m not a fan of customers working on units under warranty, even if purchased at a BB outlet. Have seen way too many times when I couldn’t repair a unit under warranty because the customer tried to save a buck and it cost them big time. Choice is yours though.

Another example of someone purchasing a mower from Lowe's. It really doesn't matter if it's Lowe's, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, or some other big box store. They might be assembled under contract or at the store, by store personnel. A PDI done by a competent person isn't guaranteed.
If possible, buy from a local dealer. It's a plus after the sale.
